Technical Expertise & Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and management of residential and commercial building projects
  • Preparation of estimates, measurements, and quantity calculations Bill preparation, verification, and coordination with accounts
  • Monitoring work progress, quality control, and adherence to timelines
  • Coordination with contractors, suppliers, and site workforce
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and construction norms
  • License Requirement Valid Two-Wheeler and Four-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory)
